Rio Urban operates from London, providing express streetscape delivery across the UK and international hubs. Current shipping methods include Urban Standard (3-5 days) and London Priority (Next Day). All orders placed by 2 PM GMT are processed same-day from our Shoreditch warehouse.
Tracking & Delays
Once dispatched, a unique tracking code is issued via email. While we strive for architectural precision in timing, occasional delays may occur due to logistics or customs. Rio Urban is not responsible for external carrier delays, but our support team remains active for resolution.
